About the Owner

Hello everyone! My name is Zechariah Osburn, I am the proud owner of Z’s Exterior Services! Although I am only 18 years old, I have loads of experience! I started my journey when I was around 10 years old, I would go door to door to all of my neighbors’ houses asking to mow their lawn. I did this every single summer, I then started offering other things to my neighbors like mulching, snow removal, and leaf pickup! I have always had that go-getter spirit, I was taught that nothing comes to you for free! You must work for what you want.

When I was around 13, I was spreading gravel at my neighbor's house for $10 an hour. The contractor pulled up to the house to drop the gravel off and he was only 19 years old, I decided to ask him a bunch of questions! After talking to him for a few minutes I was truly inspired, he taught me that although I am young, I can have a truly successful business!

Fast forward 5 years and here we are! We offer year-round services, from Springtime Softwashing and Mulching to fall-time Leaf Removal and even Wintertime Snow removal! We have many services throughout the year. Rather than focusing on one specific service, I realized that it is easiest for my customers to have one guy that does it all!
